Become a Member

We offer a variety of golf and social memberships tailored to families and individuals. As a privately held and family-owned golf course, it is our belief that the Club is fully enjoyed without unknown costs or additional fees assessed beyond regular membership dues as we continually enhance the property.

Membership dues are an annual obligation from April 1^st - March 31^st. All dues must be paid in full or we offer equal monthly installments. Payments may be made by check or through ‘Bill Pay’ feature through your personal bank. In addition, minimum food and beverage will apply to all categories of membership.

Membership options include:

Family Golf

Any adult is eligible to be a Family Member of Hayfields Country Club. The privileges of the Club extend to each member of the household. Household includes a spouse and any children under the age of 23. Membership includes the privileges of golf, clubhouse, pool, as well as tennis, pickleball and bocce courts.

Individual Golf

Any adult over the age of 32 is eligible to be an Individual Golf Member of Hayfields Country Club. The privilege of membership includes golf, clubhouse, pool, tennis, pickleball and bocce courts; and shall be exercised by the designated person.

Jr. Individual Golf

Any adult under the age of 32 is eligible to be a Jr. Individual Golf Member.
Privileges of membership include golf, clubhouse, pool, tennis, pickleball and bocce courts; and shall be exercised by the designated person.

Student Golf

Any student between the ages of 14 and 22 is eligible to be a Student Golf Member. Privilege of membership includes the use of golf, clubhouse, pool, tennis, pickleball and bocce courts; and shall be exercised by the designated student only. Restrictions apply.
Dining privileges of the club extend to parents of the student. Restrictions apply.

Social Family

Any adult is eligible to be a Social Family Member of Hayfields Country Club. The privileges of the club extend to each member of the household. Household includes a spouse and any children under the age of 23. Privilege of membership includes the use of the pool, tennis, pickleball and bocce courts, and the clubhouse. Social members can golf once per month and pay greens fees. Restrictions apply.

Social Individual

Any adult is eligible to be a Social Individual Member of Hayfields Country Club. Privileges of membership include the use of the pool, tennis, pickleball and bocce courts, and the clubhouse. Social Members can golf once per month and pay greens fees. Restrictions apply.

Corporate Golf

Only the appointed persons will be eligible to exercise the use of membership. Privilege of membership includes golf, dining outlets, pool and tennis as indicated by the designated membership classification. Each designee is subject to individual dues and food minimums.
