Kermit joined the Hayfields team in 2022 as the Clubhouse Manager. His responsibilities include overseeing the food and beverage operations and enhancing the member experience.
He began his hospitality career as a steward and cook in the USN onboard USS Theodore Roosevelt in 1986. Most recently, he was the Food and Beverage Director at Oldfield Club near Hilton Head, SC, Executive Chef at The Prestigious Beaufort Inn, and a Multi-Unit Manager for Thompson Hospitality in DC.
Kermit loves our member events because they remind him of his days in the navy! He loves working as a team to produce wonderful events for our members and guests. Kermit is a service-oriented person who gets great satisfaction when others are delighted by an
