Sales & Marketing Manager
The responsibility of the Sales and Marketing Manager is to execute the sales process from business development to nurturing leads, closing the sale, and detailing the event, in order to maximize club revenue through new business and customer acquisition. Primary responsibilities also include developing and executing prospecting and marketing plans for all special events hosted at the club, schedule sales calls and business development activities to grow the catering pipeline with qualified leads and execute sales strategies through timely follow up and activities that produce revenue.

The goal of the Sales and Marketing Manager is to grow the food and beverage business to clients looking to host an event, as well as maintain and formulate new campaigns to attract new customers to the property. Prior sales experience is required.

The ideal candidate for this position will be detail-oriented, personable, exhibiting excellent customer service skills and have an eye for creative visuals. This position offers a competitive wage based on skills and experience. Head Golf Professional
The Head Golf Professional is instrumental in promoting the game of golf through implementing strategies, golf events and golf programs designed to improve the Club’s products and services, as well as its competitive position in the marketplace. The Head Golf Pro oversees all golf shop operations including Assistant Professionals, practice facilities and general shop services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all members receive excellent service and an exceptional golf experience.  The Head Golf Professional will be accountable for achieving budgeted financial goals relative to the operations for which they are responsible.


  • Minimum of 5 years as a Golf Professional
  • College degree preferred.
  • Active PGA Certification completion required.
  • Proven track record of team management, organizational and coaching skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of expense control as it relates to payroll and the forecasting and budgeting of expenses.
  • Experience with Club Software, Online tee sheets and Golf Genius

Grill Chef
We are searching for the right skilled and experienced culinary professional to join our team as a Leader. We have two full service kitchens and banquet production. This position would oversee our Redwood Grill Restaurant and Seasonal Pool kitchen. The ideal candidate will have previous managerial experience in the culinary field, experience in upscale dining and ability to work in a fast-paced environment where quality and consistency is a must. Candidates must have a passion for food and the culinary skills to exceed a diners expectations at any, and every meal!
